Are you taking any peptides? Don't overchew or get surgery if it grows.

Lower third mogs right now. Your maxilla isn't "brutal". you're currently htn, just long midface and from side your upper maxilla recession is holding you back

Yea I'm taking a bunch the only one that could effect it is hgh but I've always had an extremely strong lower 3rd
