How can I stop getting spots from shaving?

I use shaving foam and aftershave once I have finished and these retarded spots just wont go. Anyone know how to prevent them?

I got 1b thick hair, they all like ingrown hairs and a few pimples, alot of it is scars too just in my mustache and chin area, i like to stay clean shaven

you should try shaving in the direction of hair growth to prevent irritation and ingrowns first of all. use a chemical exfoliater like lactic acid or glycolic too like once a week. if your skin is fucked rn maybe take a break from shaving for a day or two for the ingrowns to heal and then follow my first point.
