How can I stop mouth breathing when I sleep

Everytime I try to stop mouth breathing at sleep it fails. I fall a sleep breathing through nose and wake up mouth breathing any solutions.

small pillow so ur jaw wont go forward, tape as above people said.
you might also just have bad airways for your nose so if you have poor airways and narrow palate get palatal expander to expand it. might also just be nose problems so talk yo otorhinolaryngologist
