How can I stop saying a lot of shit out loud?

Feel like this is because of my autism but i just spew shit out loud when I’m talking to ppl

It’s like I don’t have social awareness and talk really loud and a lot

Brings a lot of akward moments since I mostly say whatever I want and really loud no mercy for anyone around me
