how can i stop sweating so much

genuinely a sweatcell and when im at the gym i sweat like a fucking animal but its a weird amount of sweat so if anyone has tips to reduce that then that would be helpful

i shower every day before the gym and then sometimes after but this does not help

Suppressing DHT can make your sweat much less stinky. Anticholinergic drugs also reduce sweating but that is bit advanced stuff I suppose lol... and if in excess can make you suffer from overheating which is nasty(and potentially dangerous)
