my attention span is long but i cant just get up and do work i cant nigger im taking ritalin sometimes to do housework but i just cant study EVERYTHING except study my legs are not listening to mee i canttt movveeeeee

Fix your depression first properly then start studying. If you dont get back on track quick your academics is gonna get fucked

first of all im depressed because i cant study second of all self harming is a good method to get up im gonna punc myself or cut myself with some object until i get up ik it sounds retarded but it helps with me to get up and do someting most of the time

Ik depression is hard but if your depression is legit because u dont fuckin study and u want to study then u need to just get the fuck up and study its not that deep. Self harm is absolutely retarded behavior here. You are cutting yourself because you cant get ur ass up and do maths..... do you see how stupid it sounds? Get some motivation to improve ur life and academics and study and dont self harm

i saw some homeless people on the street and it gave me motivation ... i need to see more miserable people too keep myself motivated it may be sound evil but it works trust me plus its not easy to say just get up lol i have adhd(diagnosed and my dad has it too genetic) but i will try my best
