How can I style my hair?

Was looking to do mid fringe? Really don’t know what I’m doing tho. I wet it then dry about 75% then spray based texture powder try to mess it up then lay it down in front.

Also if could get overall what I could improve?

If i were you i would dye my eyebrows slightly darker?
