How can I take advantage of the fact I have a slight deviated septum to get a free rhinoplasty?

As the title said I have a slight deviated septum, my nose happens to be one of my biggest failos so it'd be really helpful if I could get it done for free on the NHS/insurance.

What sort of things will I have to fake in order for them to give me the results I want as I'm hoping for a size reduction but it's possible they'll only fix my septum.

I think they won't change the shape of it, only helps you get rid of the problem,

I want too, maybe turkey korea china somewhere to get a rhinoplasty aswell, my nose is decent I have a lil hump cuz i feel and hit a rock when i was a kid

True I guess it wouldn't make any sense for them to also give me a cosmetic surgery. Having the septum straightened though at the very least will make my voice sound better and fix a bit of asymmetry so it's life fuel I guess

Yup idk how much is a rhinoplasty in turkey but i don't think it will be past 5k euros hair and nose.
