How can I tell if my growth plates have fused visually?

Are there any visual ways to tell if my growth plates have closed yet without getting an xray? or any signs that my puberty growth is almost finished.

I dont feel like im in the late stages of puberty but my height growth has kind of paused for a couple months now and im currently at 5.4-5ft at just turning 15, I think I might be a late bloomer but also not for alot of reasons.

Id consider myself very healthy and I have a consistent routine to improve my height growth so whats going on, what should I do?

There’s isn’t a way to tell, but if you want to get an idea A lot would have to go into it like how tall you’re parents are growth like 1-2 years and when puberty started, unless you’re parents are super small or you hit puberty at 10 and you still see growth every 3 months I wouldn’t worry at all,

Tanner stages could be pretty accurate but of course x-ray is best.
