How can I tell if my indiamart is fake

My friend (who’s been in isotret for months) said he thinks it may be fake cos he’s not getting his usual sides beside dry lips and tbh I’m 3 months into Tret and my skins only got worse plus it doesn’t sting (I can’t remember if it did at first and it’s only 0.025%) however the eplerenone did lower blood pressure but can hardly see any debloat (only 5 days in tho)

Second of all: Your only real chance is to test your stuff. The isotret thing indeed sounds off, I think with eplerenone you’ll have to wait some more. The only real thing you could do (maybe) is go to a pharmacy with one isotret pill, tell them you found it at home and were wondering what it is. If they’re chill, they might test it for you
