Take a pic of ur smile and if you have dark gaps at the corners of your mouth then its not

You will have bite marks on your tongue, often bite your cheeks, problems with nose breathing or a narrow smile.
Coming from someone who was diagnosed with it.

Sometimes only the upper palate is narrower though creating tooth crowding in the lower dental arch. They basically bend inside to compromise for the size discrepancy- so this could be a symptom as well.

this is correct, ideal is 50mm and average is 38-42mm
