Buy minox foam, not liquid (less drying) to control growth. You only need literally a finger nail's worth. Maintain them, pluck the small hairs in areas you don't want so they don't go terminal. Apply with gloves, or use something like a toothbrush. Growth cycle is different for eyebrows than scalp/face so don't be shocked by shedding. You will probably get dark eyes as well, research side effects.
