Chin tucks and neck curls sounds like cope but trust me it works I did it for around a month and saw results very good results. First saw a little change on 3 days doing it also don’t mouth breath and tape sleep(put tape around your mouth so when u sleep u don’t mouth breath)

Bimax or starvemaxxing

Bimax is the only way in your case tbh

Starving is a terrible advice
It would make your overall appearance dogshit
are you talking about muscle loss or what?

Leanmaxxing + weighted neck curls + weighted neck extensions helps a lot, but yeah, the bone itself can't be raised.

genuinely have no clue if chin tucks or neck curls are legit for this so i wont speak on them, but what i do know is that hyoid skin/fat sagging comes down to how much fat you have overall and how much bone there is for the skin to stretch over. someone with a recessed maxilla and mandible is going to have way shittier hyoid look than someone at the same bf% with ideal forward projection, so if youre not getting surgery may as well just jutt and mew it out.

it depends on how much your hyoid is protruding - if it's just slightly forward then chin tucks and neck curls might help but if it's significantly impacting your jawline you're probably better off looking into surgery like bimax or starvemaxxing. either way consistency is key, so whatever you decide to do stick with it for at least a few months before expecting results.
