How can I transition my short skull into a tall skull?

My skull is short looking basically, don't know if it is actually short.

Looks like the one on the right. Need to look like the one on the left
Is there anything I could do?
Would be willing to take some mild roids if it's the only way
What will help?
Testmaxxin?
Dhtmaxxing?

Measurements are 13cm width x 18cm length btw:feelsokman:
Lower third is short need it to be longer.

wide skulls a mogger trait if u have the features for it but only one thing besides surgery which is hgh but u might just get horse skull which is brutal
