Title. I want more hypertrophy but don't like going to the gym 6x a week. Should I include a few sets of heavy load at the beginning of every excercise?

How much time does it take? If it takes less than an hour. I'll follow it too. Share your routine.

Just increase intensity. 4 days split is enough. I thought i can spam exercises before but now with heavier weights and intensity i cant.

I train throughout the entire evening rather than in one continuous session.

The point of GVT is minimally changing the weight and doing it for 10x10. I doubt you could pump out that much volume for an extended period of time without running into tendinitis unless you are already well trained. In theory yea it’ll work usually you’d do Upper/lower rest and on your upper days you’d usually cycle between bench and BB row for 10 sets with 90 seconds rest or do each non supersetted with 60 seconds max of rest.

You don’t do many isolations and focus on compounds otherwise you’d be in the gym for 2 hours.

I won’t say it’s impossible but it runs the risk of injury if you’re unprepared, it’s also important to remember that the German weightlifting team and coach that started this method had the most hardcore steroid scheme of their time so take that as you will.

Can you share your routine or recommend me a good one? I want a routine that takes less than an hour and not more than 4-5 times a week.

It depends on your goals what’s you exercise selection
4-5 times a week is either a upper/lower 2x per week for 4 days total

Or you could do Push/Pull/Legs/Rest/Upper/Lower/Rest/Rest for a 5 day split aka Layne Nortons split
