How can I use LSD as a tool to lower inhibitions

I’m dropping 150ug of LSD tomorrow and was wondering if anyone had tips on how they can look into maladaptive thought patterns that create high inhib as well as how to maybe try and disassociate from the ego that I try to uphold which also creates high inhib

You shouldn't take that big of a dose if your goal is to still function somewhat normally. If you just want to lower inhibit with lsd, consider a smaller dose or some actual pharma grade drugs that do the same thing

I mean once the lsd is out of my system would it be possible to maintain lower inhibitions due to potential new ways of thinking and seeing things, not trying to communicate while on the drug that shits hard asf

go like 500-750ug if you wanna lower inhib. itll just make you nice and chilled out, lsd is pretty unique because increasing the dose can actually have a decreased effect due to the lsd molecules cancelling one another out so-to-speak. you can go up to 1k ug, its what people usually microdose. the reason they do it is because relative errors in measuring the dosage lessen with the total number and given the decreased effect at higher dosages its better to do it like this

maybe your brain doesn’t have the capacity to understand what my question was. Because lsd is being researched to increase neuroplasticity and synaptogenesis (https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/35301424/)it’s quite obvious there’s potential to lower inhibitions if done correctly and change ways of thinking that create high inhibition, attacking it from the root cause rather than using something to mask it
