Hypothetically if my freind was on a trip on Japan or something and found a random middle aged woman’s purse off the street in shibuya at like 11 pm what can he do with this shit to make money

He thinks all the credit cards are probably blocked by now so he’s gonna return it but take a picture of all the shit before so when they get it back and unblcok it he can go on a spending spree

Or maybe sell it to some random old man of the internet who has a weird kink towards Japanese women
