I have a pretty narrow face and I'm wondering on how to widen it? I'm open to anything but I would prefer not to do surgery but if surgery is the only way I'm still open to it

Also I have a pretty long philtrum and I was wondering if it was possible if I could perform a DIY surgery or something on my face to make my philtrum shorter or will it have to be professionally done?

You can train your masseter muscles by chewing hard gum and doing jaw-strengthening exercises. You should also grow out the sides of your hair and keep it longer, as this can help frame your face better.

Only non cope way is palate expansion and Surgically Assisted Rapid Mandibular Expansion for teh upper and lower jaws respectively.

To increase IPD the palate expansion will contribute a bit but for significant changes, you need something called an orbital box osteotomy.

To shorten phultrum you should first evaluate if your lower third is not the same proprotion as the middle and lower third. If it is snaller, then you should focus on increasing chin height, Bimax and genio can achieve this. You can get lip and phiktrum augmenttation to slightly shorten the philtrum or give the appearance of this. For non-soft tissue cases, you need a lefort 1 osteotomy that moves the maxilla alveoloar process upwards and forwards, potentially reuqiring bone removal.
