How can I widen my mouth

I would personally say my mouth or better said my lips are a bit narrow. I‘ve measured my palate and its 42mm so I don’t think that’s the problem here, because a marpe won’t make much of a difference for the with of the lips unless the pallate is significantly too narrow. I’ve heard that mouth stretching devices might have worked for some but also some people say its cope. Also I wouldn’t want to get folds from that, so I don’t really know what method works. I’ve also seen one guy cut his mouth corners with a scalpel by himself and then strech it out. Would only do that if its confirmed that it works and isn’t cope.

Also, your midface looks similar to mine and I have overbite and narrow palate which I will treat with MARPE and braces so If you have a narrow palate, I'd recommend you that. I would personally say that your lip width is totally fine

I don’t have an overbite just a slightly narrow pallate, but I might fix that soon because I currently have to wear a retainer to align my teeth properly. After that I would consider a marpe or maybe pallate expander if its not too late for that
