How can I work on fixing my acne

Specifically asking in case there’s something specific to do with the type of acne I’m having. My face has been clear for a while but a month or two now (give or take) my neck and parts of my cheek have broken out pretty bad (for me) in acne. If you have advice I can probably only take the advice if it’s a natural/cheap solution as I can’t afford much. Some photos aren’t very clear so I’m just hoping there’s enough variety to be understandable, and also some being at different points in time to show off general look should help. Not as prominent but there is a lot just spread throughout my neck and some on my chin also not as prominent.
