How can incels live in big cities (100K-500K)

a big faceless anthill where everyone is rushing somewhere = practical death if you dont have friends there or you werent born into it, or at least you have family there or whatever some social trace.

I feel like shit around clouds of people, but I have social anxiety and avoidant disorder, plus about a million depressions so maybe thats it.

Live in south europe/balkans. Went from town of 12k to city of 200k population, never liked it but had to move here. Have an apartment in city center. Roads are filled with constant traffic, usually 4 lane roads (in 12k town there were 2 lanes at most), shitload of smog, everyone is driving like an idiot, loud noises night and day from cars, motorcycles, trucks and honking.
Environment is dominated by dark grey asphalt, street light poles, and soviet looking buildings with a bit of neoclassical architecture from 18th-19th century. So many people you can barely walk without bumping into someone. Faceless insignificant trivial characters walking to their generic destinations (work, home, class, grocery store) in their insignificant little lives, drunkards sitting in front of supermarkets and shouting random shit, homeless characters sleeping on the benches and occasional beggar asking you for a change, politely at first but more and more aggressively as you keep ignoring it.
Every corner of a dark grey asphalt stinks like piss and shit and even those small green areas such as parks are littered with garbage, dog and human shit and smoked cigarettes.
Fantasizing about nuking such a city is quite a satisfaction i must say, squashing the insects would never feel better
