How can lower third (absent chin, 0 projection, no verticality) be surgically corrected and how much potential will I have upon its correction?

I also need to correct nystagmus and strabismus. the last 2 attempts at correction completely offset my eyes. this is particularly evident in the especially looking photos. I have never appeared more freakish. is some other procedure necessary in order to correct this novel issue, or should the next round of strabismus correction also restore the positional symmetry of my eyes? what else do I need to fix? the last photos are very goofy; they are the most sterile and pessimistic depictions of my face that I have.

I dont really know anything about looksmaxxing. no one I know is interested in being honest with me and they all deny the necessity of surgical intervention. im very socially and emotionally stunted, and I need an appearance that incentivizes people to remain patient with my flaws as they eventually dissolve by their influence. I need to be saved, but I dont appear like someone worth saving. the last photos make this especially clear. will I ever be worth tolerating? I need help badly. I am not interested in s word or b word seduction. I just want to be worth something for long enough to become myself again. Im not sure if im optimizing for the same appearance alterations as other users here, but no one else is willing to help and I am interested in your interpretation.

I think you have an overbite and your chin is a bit recessed! Still, side looks okay imo! you got a unique and angelic face and that's good!
If you'd like you can do a genioplasty to make the chin look more prominent and I think it will add so much to your appearance! other than that, just work on your confidence. I feel you man. I feel worthless all the time. I always think people will leave me and I was left many times. I guess a big part of it is internal and how you were brought up. You just have to don't give a shit. it's hard, I know. But that's the way to go

One of the solutions an org user did previously was get a hair transplant, since you're already thinking about surgery why not get a hair transplant instead first, I dont really know the specifics on that but just research more on it

definitely dye eyebrows and if you're really gonna consider surgery fixing uue(fat grafting or filler, although it isnt a surgery) is probably better cost to benefit than implants or osteotomies
