its not but its just not some crazy method some people glazed it to be on tiktok it slightly helps lift skin from under your mouth which makes your jawline look slightly better but theres no point if your overweight get lean first and also in the context of it prevents you from mouth breathing also thats really good for people that accidently do without realizing

Isn’t it just lifting your hyoid and make your jaw more “visible” but over time it does pressure that makes your jaw lift or how does it work? Because my jaw has clear changes and my overall face structure.

its oral tongue posture basically, it stops your Jaws from deteriorating in a recessed position and growing it downwards (leading to a longer midface), i doubt it has any god-like effects like actually fixing a recessed maxilla.
