how can one fix veiny dark circles

how can i deal with my dark circles where i can literally see veins / blood vessels through them? could be lack of fat?

if the underlying issue is orbital recession it may be hard to completely fix it (you might need fat grafting/infra implants) but u can still mitigate it in certain ways such as eye serums/hyaluronic acid or retinoids. although take caution with retinoids as it may backfire in ur scenario. I reccomend the ordinary, helped me a little although it didnt eradicate my dark circles (https://theordinary.com/en-ca/caffeine-solution-5-egcg-eye-serum-100412.html)
although in ur case i dont think eye creams will have too much effectiveness due to it being an issue with lack lack of fat in the infras/peris

u can try lasers, specifically the NdYAG 1064 laser as well that pass through the skin and gets rid of the dark blue periorbital veins. https://www.thelaserologist.com/periorbital-veins (ideal perma fix)

if youre willing to, you can fraud its removal by using concealer that matches ur skin tone (i think this would be best for u for a quick fix, most pragmatic option)

i have similar veins there. you can't get rid of them tho

Get more sleep, apply a special cream under your eyes, and see a professional about this issue — they might prescribe something.

yes this a case of thin skin under your eyes,your best option has to be hardmaxxing fat grafting omight be your best options(as theres a lack of fat) or a structural one which could give support to your under eyes, inra orbital rim implants.

otherwise if you want to softmaxx some retinoids have been proven to increase skin collagen production so u might wanna start with some retinol(least conc of vitamin A) and work your way upto more concentrated forms of vitamin A which are Tretinoin And tazarotene

ive visited like 10 doctors and all of them said that i have to live with this and this is genetics etc ( my parents have never had dark circles )
