exactly, it's not OP's metabolism, I always told myself the same: "but i eat pizza every day"
yeah no shit i won't gain any weight if i don't eat anything else that day

Try counting your calories for a week and be vry strict about getting the right numbers (dont do the cals for a whole sandwich when you only ate 3/4)

Make sure to eat 500+ calories of what your daily consumtion is (theres websites where u write ur stats and it’ll tell u)

Then most importantly workout 3-4 a week would be a good amount and make sure to lift heavy (4-8 rep range depending on excercise and too failure)
