I used to watch movies a lot. My 'IMDB watched movie list' (movie rating site) has more than 400 movies in it. And there's many movies I've seen that aren't on that list. Mostly from when I was 14-20yo.

But nowadays I struggle to really live in the story/characters and enjoy it.

Like years ago if there was a hot girl the main actor fell in love with, I would also feel that love and be like 'damnn, were getting this girl' you know.
And during horror-movies I would get scared just like the actors do.
Or feel pumped up during an action scene.

Nowadays that emotion is largely gone from most movies unless I can somehow really vibe with the storyline, writing, cast, everything.
Which is a minority of the movies. I am not entertained as easily anymore.
