Its literally the easiest shit ever.

Ill get 200 grams in my sleep without even trying under 2000 calories and 50 grams of fiber.

I just eat 600g of chicken breast and 5 eggs bro :lul:

what do you think about protein absortion though is it okey to eat more then 50g protein per meal?

The question is how much of it used effectively used for muscle protein synthesis and how much is used for glucose conversion

The basic advice is to make sure youre getting ~20-30 grams 5 times a day for maximal protein synethesis.

Doesn't have to be perfect and extra protein in one meal wont be gone to waste.

IIRC, protein synethesis benefits were seen all the way up to 100 grams in one sitting. Just that spreading it out would be more ideal

I dont use protein powder outside of cooking or if im having sweet cravings
Or eat 5 meals a day. Most people don’t wanna stuff so much food inside their stomach

I m leanmaxing currently so I have 4 hours window for eating.
2 meals and I plan to hit 160g protein so I guess 80g gonna be fine in one sitting?

I m gonna make it 6 hours window and eat 3 times once I leanmaxx enough

Yea, eat 5 lean meals and you get all the protein you could ever need.

I wouldnt worry so much about it.

An experienced gym buddy of mine said he only does one meal day for cutting.

Ive also leanmaxxed several times and have never really payed attention to protein timing and shit.
Barely lost any strength

Im planning to eat carb only before gym session to have energy
will 100g do for just workout?

Never really counted carbs like that, so I dont have a lot to say personally.

Going forward though I will be running bare minimum fat for nutrient absorbtion high protein and rest carbs for performance and mood.

Some like keto, some like high carb. Find what works for you

For optimal gymcel performance gram per pound gives the absolute maximal results.
