U have to first find your place on the water then lay in youre back and start breathing trough your chest as if your calming down, idk how to explain it but like the air in the chest keeps you afloat

Idk in beaches, sometimes the waves are super strong almost impossible to stay afloat i guess its easier to swim, in swimming pools
