How can the Ramus be lengthened?

Not recessed or anything, but my ramus is about 0,7-0,8 inches (correction my ramus is that length coming off my jaw not my total ramus) Anyone know of ways to lengthen ramus height without surgery? Looking for non-surgical options, not cope, I'm willing to hardmaxx, also narrow pallet, im not in financial positions to afford a pallet expander but i want to increase its width, also i look like damian kater, my philtrum is long as fuvk and i cant find anything to fix it, should i just grow out a mustache?
