I'd like to know
How do you avoid skin atrophy and thinning of the nasal skin? I've read that long-term use can cause permanent thinning and visible veins.
What about the risk of steroid acne or perioral dermatitis around the nose?
Is there any risk of systemic absorption affecting my hormones or growth? I'm a teenager, so this is especially important.
Have you personally used this method, and did you experience any rebound effects after stopping the cream?
Are there any studies or before/after photos that show actual cartilage reduction, or is this just temporary skin thinning?
