It depends on which ethnic group they specifically belong. I was just guessing. No, they wouldn't have 15% SAHG, even the most western-shifted South Asians have that little SAHG. I have 22% SAHG myself, and some groups can have as low as 19% or 20% SAHG. I tested my entire family and I'm the most SAHG-shifted person in the family.
