Title

Specifically I’m asking about the nose area and why the paranasal area sticks out so much compared to the actual nose

Or rather what caused it to look like this in the first place cause the philtrum is weirdly convex

This definitely looks strange, may have been a low-cut lefort, also how long after the surgery was this image taken?

by doing lefort 2 instead.

I’m not sure I just found it while going through old threads. I think if it was just because of swelling it probably wouldn’t have been used as a bad example though

Could lefort 2 be used in a standard bimax procedure? Like instead of lf1 it’s just doing the lf2 region. How would that effect the whole CW/CCW part of the bimax movement?

I'm most likely going to get a high-cut lefort with my trimax

Is this before and after the procedure?

Did the procedure cause maloclusion?
Idk sorry found it on some old thread and reverse image searching only shows that old thread. He said it was pagnoni tho.

Oh, ok, i see. This happens when the upper jaw is moved too far forward or tilted too much.

If you are actually planning on getting the surgery, show your surgeon this photo and tell them your concerns.

nasal spine issue i'm guessing?
