How can this be avoided from lefort 1

Specifically I’m asking about the nose area and why the paranasal area sticks out so much compared to the actual nose

Or rather what caused it to look like this in the first place cause the philtrum is weirdly convex

I’m not sure I just found it while going through old threads. I think if it was just because of swelling it probably wouldn’t have been used as a bad example though

Could lefort 2 be used in a standard bimax procedure? Like instead of lf1 it’s just doing the lf2 region. How would that effect the whole CW/CCW part of the bimax movement?
