lmao he looks like he already had a lefort 1/bimax. You need jaw angle implant, forehead implant, zygo implant and a nasal implant. Upper face around the eye area needs more projection and looks like your have midface hypoplasia because your lower third is so forward projected relative to everything else. Also forehead contour is too flat and neotenuous/feminine, needs to be more sloped to match the forward growth of the lower third. Also tall chin with shit ramus looks bad.

He already was good looking before just had an overprojected lower third and a flat forehead making him look like an LF3 candidate. Fixing falios is almost ALWAYS a matter of millimeters. Too much of anything is never a good thing
