well it depends on the UV index and other factors like your skin type aswell but i would say 15 minutes in like uv 7 should be good

i can get my hands on whatever i want,and acne is mild, pretty much 1-2 annoying pimples a week and a bunch of small barely visible pimples

id prolly just low dose accutane or get 0.025 tret. the sun wont be a major issue then. pair that with mt2 and youll tan more effectively as well
