How can we make this forum better

I saw many people complaining that the forum was boring and was always the same, does anyone has any idea on how to make it better?

Reply reps should be disabled

They should be disabled This would encourage users to make more useful, funny, high iq threads etc since org users care more about their post to rep ratio than their real life social life It would also reduce the amount of shit posts and unfunny shit (@Clqs)

It would make sense to the point they could share their opinion on some topics, but i think this forum needs a BIG UPDATE like in a game it gets to a point that gets boring so they changed it and then it becames funnier, same with this forum
