How can we objecively compare looks to random strangers with very different features?

I was wondering how we can say X person is better looking when no two people (outside of identical twins) have the same features. If they have totally different bones, features, etc. what makes it objective? This is not "cope", this is a valid question in comparison because it's like saying this orange cat is better looking than this green dog.
