My point is that the skinnyfat men and thick women you see today is due to estrogen n plastics in the water and food and these bodies didn't exist centuries ago. In nature, that extra fat around the legs and stomach is just a liability and makes it harder to move around. Plank bodies is how women naturally supposed to look whether you like it or not
