Whenever I ejaculate I would be tired for days no amount of sleep will mitigate the effects, my eyes would be tired and lifeless, skin dry, weak voice. Retaining it always has the opposite effects as in stronger voice, more energy, better functioning organs, lively eyes.

Yet people here still bashing that it is cope. Doctor also muh prostate cancer WTF, I feel like dying slowly overtime from chronic ejaculation.

might be right, I reckon I have more energy resevoir while doing high protein carnivore diet

I would fall asleep right after or my resting heart rate will be +7bpm for hours. Meditation or breathwork are much better for inducing the relaxed state physiologically.
