i use pamadoro or whatever its called, i type things out and use anki droid app for spaced repition learning, i eat a lot of eggs when i need to study and take l tyrosine and l carnitine and around 3 double coffees each session

Pomodoro method for studying in general

For math, find the textbook your course is based on online (search "name + pdf") and read the chapter you're learning about before class. Most importantly, do all the example problems. Try to do them without looking at the solution, and check after each step to confirm you're doing it correctly and make any changes. If you can get those down, do the practice problems at the end of the chapter. Even if you can't, you will learn the material 3x faster in class because you're already familiar with it and understand the basics. If there's no textbook, get the slides from Canvas if possible and read those ahead of class.

For classes like Chemistry that are heavy on vocab/concepts, use anki (costs money on IOS, free on a computer) for spaced repetition flashcards. I copy and paste the slideshows from whatever class I'm taking into AI to make my decks for me so all I have to do is study them.

Always take notes in class, even if you aren't required, and use pencil and paper.

When you get homework graded, actually use it. Most people just throw it away, which is a waste of feedback (one of the most important concepts in learning). Redo every problem you missed.

If you struggle with motivation/focus, Caffeine + L theanine help a lot, but if you take them daily they stop working. Use sparingly

Mathematics is mostly just a time based subject.

With enough time spent on endless revision / learning, you will become better at mathematics as it is mostly just process memorisation.

Watch TLMaths on YouTube, he does UK curriculum mathematics topics but should be applicable to majority of countries

Also for questions, check out madasmaths. If you search that up it should come up with the website but the website is hard af to navigate. Just search up the topic you want questions for and then put 'madasmaths' at the end and the 200 page pdfs should show up.
