Look at yourself and do the pinch my cheek test. Grab ur cheeks pull as far as you can till you feel your entire face. Learn to feel your real. Look at your hands and feel the blood pulse through them. And once you realize your real look ask yourself if are you enough

Ratios can measure harmony but they aren’t 100% conclusive. Harmony formulas cannot include thousands of different ratios.
