I see people in real life who have short sagittal profiles, strong jaws, short zygos, etc., and they still look like they have huge skulls — percentiles are fake.

Lol, I saw a few days ago a guy with a pretty good skull, reasonably sized, sharp features, etc., he was behind a car so just his head was visible, but then when he moved away he had the most ridiculous proportions - same height as me(5'5), small frame, narrow shoulders, his skull looked now silly and cartoonishly oversized on that small body...

I don't think you can, sometimes there doesn't seem to be a correlation between the skull and the rest of the body.
