How can you distinguish being nd and have no social life due to bad looks?

Well, title basically says it all. Like i have no problem when it comes to understanding peoples verbal and nonverbal signs, evaluating social situations, dont really relate to autists live experience, nonetheless i have zero social life since 16 and didnt spoke more than a 5 minutes to anyone outside my family for 4 months. nt or just too ugly? or both..
