I work at a gym, and let me tell you: the shredded 30 year old guys aren’t dating HTBs. Most of them are either with LTBs, MTB's, or just single.

This forum is filled with easily influenced kids, and it’s honestly wild how a few well-written sentences can completely change the way they think. They start repeating an ideology they don’t even fully understand, blindly following the narrative without ever questioning the bigger picture.
