Since so many surgeons are botching these days even some italien PSL ones how can you be sure which surgeon to choose? How can you find out which surgeon to decide?

Look what people say about em. Go to a consultation, see what they say. If everything goes well under the consultation, odds are the procedure is going to turn out fine.

Research their past clients, their education, do a consultation, and if its a common procedure you'll be fine.

Lmao. No such thing. Never has been and never will be. And over-researching and over-planning is a neurotic minds way of grasping for control that is ungraspable. There will always be risk in surgery and the best surgeons know how to keep the risk low. If that's not good enough for you then don't get surgery. If you find one that claims to have never had complications then DEFINITELY don't get surgery there because it's a lie.
