Some of the thing I know: Mandible growth happens mostly in adolescence to the late teens, and can show growth up until 18-21 years old.
HOW CAN I MAXIMIZE MY BONE GROWTH IN THESE YEARS?
for me since im 17 years old im in middle/late adolescence my jawbone and other bones have a bit of growth left to do.
SURGERY:
I haven’t done much research on surgery, from what I seen that a le fort, genioplasty and chin implants are the only ways to truly increase bone size
(other surgery’s aswell) all this will obviously have some side effects. if you have more to say about this please do.

NON-SURGICAL WAYS:
Chewing:
little to no evidence that chewing hard stuff will actually grow any bones or make them appear sharper rather it will make your jaw look more square. I personally don’t see results and if you plan on doing this chew on both sides so you don’t get an asymmetric face. Fat grafting: not like filler that are temporary and go away after a couple months, the fat that survives becomes permanent and some of the fat can fade away after a couple months, also maintaining a healthy lifestyle is important obviously, you can loose volume if you gain a lot of weight.
Weight loss and low bf%: this will obviously help give you that sharp effect and will make u look better but you can’t signal where you can loose fat, also try aiming to drink about 3 litres of water a day and prioritize sleep, this will make you look way healthier. Train your neck, it will make your jaw look more defined and is very easy to grow also good posture.
FILLERS: usually safe and have minor side effects but doesn’t last for too long maybe 2 years

So what should you do?
Talk to an orthodontist ask if braces will affect your appearance, ask if your facial growth plates are closed yet or not, and there’s a bunch more questions you can come up with.
train your neck, have a healthy lifestyle, walking burns fat, 2g protein/kg body weight and don’t overdo yourself, rest is as important as training.

ADD YOUR RESEARCH ASWELL AND IF I SAID ANYTHING WRONG PLEASE CORRECT ME.

primal diet increases bone mass/bone growth even if u start as a teen, example: solar youth
