Skin color can change a lot with different lightnings, so what is the best lighting to see your actual skin color? Natural lighting? Or any artificial lighting?

There’s only 2 official lightings. Warm ( golden/yellow) which is usually in the sun. And cooler lighting ( blueish,gray) which is in colder countries.
