Not incredibly accurate but you can bite down on a bit of paper and measure with ruler.
Could also use a compass if you have one and can angle it right

Have your dentist do it for an accurate measurement. We don't want anyone self-reporting like AstroFraud who claims to have had around a 50 mm IMW
