How can you not have remorse?

I need to do a few things to start to ascend but I KNOW it's not right and sometimes my mind is like "you're so fucking crazy".

How do I detach from said feelings temporary?

Do I watch my oneitis snatchap and go rage mode XD? Nah smth else.

remorse is a weakness. A mostly useless emotional response.
