I went from 86kg 15% Bodyfat
To now 79kg with 20-22% bodyfat

My blood work is :

High cortisol
Bloodsugars fasted around 105

I don’t know if I should do ketogenic diet with IF
With 200-300 calorie deficit
What do you suggest

My maintaince is 1800 according to my wheight but because I lost muscle it’s usually way lower

If u have no muscle u can cut aggressively for a month. As in 1000 calories a day in ur case that'd be 800 deficit. Are u short and skinny? 1800 is very small maintenance for a man
 
If you're untrained, just recomp. Eat at 20% deficit while lifting weights and getting enough protein

Don't cut aggressively you'll just feel like shit and look anorexic

Im around 6ft
But I lost all my muscle
Due to being stress and I guess because the chronic high cortisol in blood also not working out

Doesn't really matter, you can keep it down to prevent bloating and water retention. Don't overcomplicate it, just make sure you get 1g/lb protein.

There is no way your maintenance is actually 1800, that might be your BMR. BMR =/= TDEE, it doesn't account for calories burned form movement. Find your TDEE and then eat a 20% deficit while lifting weights.
